Dear God;

Please hear my plea. I am so frightened about Robbie's surgery on Tuesday. I feel so alone. Lord, I ask that you please stay close to him, help him, comfort him if he feels any fear or pain. Please hold him tightly and keep him safe. God I ask that by your will, he will have a quick recovery. Please God, help me to have the courage, strength and ability to be attentive, comforting and unafraid of how to help Robbie through this fearful and turbulent time. I ask this in your name, Lord. Amen.

And God hold tight to Barbara, too. Help her not only to sense your passion for the health of her son, but also the absolute unabashed love that you have for her!!! Surround and envelop her family as they walk through these days of preparation, anticipation, and trust. And in and through it all receive all the glory!

All will be well. Robbie is a child of miracle and grace. He will continue to be God's special one.

The above response was from your Dad. Remember when we went to the healing services at the Anglican Church in Orillia. Well, this morning at the Anglican Church in San Diego I asked for prayer and had hands laid on me for Robbie. Indeed, all will be well.

And God, remind this family of your all-encompassing love for them & for Robbie.
Give the doctors wisdom and guide their decisions.
I pray that you will give the family a very tangible sense of Your presence; that You would hold them in Your arms. Give them the strength, wisdom, comfort, and peace that they need to get through this.
I pray for unexpected blessings during this time and an outpouring of Your love. Amen
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Phil 4:6&7
